FAQ's How long does my hair need to be to get waxed? -1/4th of an inch or about the size of a grain of rice. This is typically 2-3 weeks of growth. What can make my wax more comfortable? -First, don’t worry! It’s typically less painful than it’s made out to be. However, there are some things to avoid and to do beforehand to make the experience better. Avoid drinking alcohol or caffeine for a few hours before. Since these are stimulants, it can make your skin more sensitive. Instead make sure you drink water and come well hydrated. You can also take something like ibuprofen to help! We highly suggest to exfoliate the area getting waxed 1-2 days beforehand. Can I get waxed on my period? Yes! You can absolutely get waxed if you're currently on your cycle. We just ask that you wear a tampon or cup during your service. Can I tan before and/or after a wax? Tanning beds should be avoided for 48 hours before and after. Spray tans or other fake tanning products can be used anytime before and 24 hours after, although it is best to plan ahead and get waxed first as the wax could strip off fake tan. What about after care? We will provide you with detail on what to do after a wax to ensure you have the best experience possible. Please ask about our complimentary aftercare info cards! How long will I stay smooth? This can vary from person to person, typically after your first wax you’ll stay smooth for a full 7 to 14 days. A regular waxing schedule is every 4 to 6 weeks. The more consistently you wax, your hair follicles will begin to slow down, making you smoother for longer in between appointments. Why choose waxing over shaving? With waxing your hair grows back thinner and softer,unlike shaving where it comes back faster and thicker. You are also less likely to irritate the skin, and be prone to ingrown hairs. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We ask for a minimum of a 12 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your services, or would like to inquire about adding/removing services to your booking. *Add ons provided if there is time available* We understand sometimes things come up; however we operate by appointment only & therefore we have your appointment time reserved solely for you. Please give your technician as much notice as possible so they can refill your appointment time. Late cancels/reschedules will result in a 50% fee charged to the card on file for services booked. No Call / No Shows will result in a full charge for missed appointment services. If my technician is out for sickness or emergency I will be contacted as quickly as possible to reschedule to the next most convenient time. Late Policy: You will receive a 7 minute grace period. After 7 min+ we may not be able to complete the services and you could be charged a late/cancel fee & be asked to reschedule.
